12:12 12/12/12 – insights from a short break in the sun.

The recent 12/12/12 12:12 we had was a great excuse to take the time to spend ten minutes sitting out in the sun. It is the change in routine and the chance to quietly meditate on the year that has passed and the year to come.

I was using the time to let the universe give me some ‘out of the box’ inspiration. Aside from the normal passive income ideas, one word kept popping into my head. Movie. Now it was just the word, so it may be write the movie script that I have had running around in the back of my head, do a crowd sourced and funded movie like the Wrecking Crew did with the recent Iron Sky movie. Possibly even get more work with movies doing titles, end credits or promotional posters.

Considering how much feedback I have received over the years for the Attack of the atomic zombie ostrich horde wallpaper I created, it could just be the first in a series of Troma style movies. For those who don’t know the Troma name, go watch Toxic Avenger, Sgt Kabuki Man NYPD, Chopper chicks in zombie town. All very low budget films but great for Saturday schlock movie sessions when you want some B grade nasties to watch.

So watch this space, the new year may bring a movie project!

Even if you didn’t do something for the numerically significant day and time, maybe you should take 15mins out of your day to go somewhere totally different to normal and let your mind just wander and bring you back something that you can work on in the coming year.
