Testing out the quality of my own zazzle store shipping and products!
To cut a long story short, I decided to do a little customer experience testing on my zazzle store. Aside from USPS losing my first package (I do recommend the extra for FedEx shipping if you are buying a gift or wanting something you can track) the experience has been pretty smooth. I received plenty of notifications when things were being made and shipped, and customer service were more than happy to send out a replacement order when USPS lost my first one. The quality of the pin badges I ordered are great, and were packed well to limit any possible damage in transit. Knowing the issues that customers may face (like delays due to customs checking your package) helps me in deciding what products to design next. The best selling product is actually the ‘Punk’s not dead’ pin badge (shameless link to it is below!), so I am looking at doing more of a range of smaller items people can add to other orders to fill up the last few dollars in gift vouchers or to tie in with a particular theme they may be collecting.
